Day Shift:
5:45 AM - 6:15
PM Night Shift:
5:45 PM - 6:15 AM (includes $2.00/hour shift differential)
Now Hiring:
An established industrial manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Electro Mechanic I to join its maintenance team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. Minimum Qualifications Industrial manufacturing or military maintenance experience Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment PLC troubleshooting experience Knowledge of industrial motor controls Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience with blown film, sheet extrusion, flexographic printing, lamination, slitting, or similar manufacturing equipment Forklift experience Experience with preventive maintenance programs Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills What You'll Do Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose PLC and industrial control system issues Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Repair motors, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and production machinery Operate maintenance equipment such as welders, mills, lathes, and saws Perform electrical installations and equipment upgrades Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime Complete maintenance documentation accurately using a CMMS Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives

$36.34 - $39.85 per hour
