We are looking for seasoned Maintenance Technicians to support our advanced manufacturing plant during overnight hours. As a top-tier technical expert, you will independently resolve intricate issues across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems. The ideal professional brings deep expertise in automated machinery and the diagnostic skills necessary to maintain PLC-integrated equipment.
Core Requirements:
Over 8 years of background in industrial maintenance settings. Advanced proficiency in resolving both mechanical and electrical malfunctions. Direct experience maintaining high-tech automated production lines. Capability to diagnose PLC-based systems without needing to perform programming. Proven history of fixing production machinery such as refrigeration units, ovens, mixers, or conveyor systems. Proficiency in interpreting complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams. Technical skill in servicing components like VFDs, motors, chains, bearings, and gearboxes. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following Lockout/Tagout protocols.
Primary Responsibilities:
Resolve electrical faults across 24VDC, 120VAC, 240VAC, and 480VAC systems. Maintain and fix critical components including servo systems, VFDs, transformers, relays, contactors, motor starters, and motors. Ensure HMI interfaces and PLC-controlled machinery remain operational. Identify and correct issues within pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, including air systems, regulators, cylinders, valves, and pumps. Keep production equipment such as conveyors, mixers, ovens, and gearboxes running smoothly to ensure consistent output. Execute precision alignments and equipment rebuilds while performing root cause analysis to prevent future failures. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by leading complex breakdown investigations and repairs. Create new preventive maintenance protocols and suggest upgrades to existing machinery. Improve overall equipment effectiveness and reduce downtime to support plant reliability goals.
Required Qualifications:
At least 8 years of professional industrial maintenance experience. Demonstrated success in diagnosing mechanical and electrical systems within manufacturing facilities. Experience working with PLC-driven equipment, with a preference for Allen-Bradley systems. Ability to accurately interpret mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by applying strong troubleshooting skills to automated production lines. Capacity to commit to a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule. Must successfully complete a drug screen and background check.
