Job Description
Hollingshead Mixer Company. manufactures the highest quality, longest lasting, front discharge concrete mixing trucks. We are currently looking for hard-working, self-motivated, and team-oriented individuals to join our team.
Duties / Responsibilities include:
- The ability to read a tape measure and use both hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to follow directions a must.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communication, and teamwork.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
- Have a solid attendance record.
- Follow all safe work practices and keep a clean and organized work area.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Abilities:
- MUST be mechanically inclined.
- Prior work experience in one or more of the following areas: air and hydraulics, wiring, axles, engines, electrical wiring, inspection, or pre-delivery finishing is preferred, but not required.
- A background working with Dump Trucks, Semi Trucks, Concrete Mixers, or the assembly of other heavy construction equipment is preferred.
- Willing to train the right candidates.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
- Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products.
- Must have good hand-eye coordination.
