Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling components with precision and efficiency. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively on an assembly line, utilizing hand tools and power tools to meet production goals. Responsibilities Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Some lifting is required and able to perform physical tasks. Knowledge of air tools and hand tools such as screw guns, impact guns, caulking guns, staple guns, air ratchets and sanders. Must be able to follow the Company's Safety and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) guidelines. Must be able to read prints and use a tape measure. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any assembly issues. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Knowledge of woodworking is a plus. Must have reliable transportation to get to work. Report any defects or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues related to assembly equipment. Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively in a production environment is essential.
