Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to help keep our plant equipment and facility systems operating at peak performance. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of production equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands‑on problem solving, working with both mechanical and electrical systems, and being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to grow your career. What You'll Do Install, repair, adjust, and monitor production equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using blueprints, equipment specs, and ladder logic Complete maintenance tasks and support general plant upkeep Safely start up and shut down plant systems during normal operations and extended outages Maintain accurate records of repairs and activities in maintenance Requisition of replacement parts and supplies What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required Trade school or community college training (preferred) 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred) Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical layouts Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair Familiarity with PLCs and PLC‑controlled equipment (preferred) Experience working with: Servo motors and motor drives (preferred) Pneumatic and hydraulic systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment Benefits & Perks Climate controlled facility Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and paid company holidays Opportunities for training, skill development, and career growth
