As a 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment that keeps our production lines operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment Install, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment Perform welding and light fabrication as needed Maintain building systems and facility equipment Complete maintenance documentation and work orders Support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Follow all company safety, food safety, and quality requirements

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience required Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needs Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Commitment to safety and quality Why You'll Love Working Here At JTM Foods, our culture is built around the people who make our success possible.
