AssemblerLouisville, KY | Temp-to-Hire | $20.00/hr
What You'll DoRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructionsAssemble mechanical and metal components using hand tools, power tools, and fixturesPerform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specificationsOperate overhead cranes or hoists to move materials, as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety protocols and proceduresCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read basic blueprints or schematics is a plusBasic hand tool and power tool knowledgeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periodsStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable transportation and attendanceWhy BESTAFFAt BESTAFF, we match great people with great opportunities.
