Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. Salary Range:
$27.20-30.72 per hourSchedule:
Rotating shift Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Repair and replace faulty components such as motors, pumps, valves, sensors, and wiring to minimize downtime. Responsible for execution of MRO work orders which includes entering into SAP Operate industrial equipment including scissor lifts and perform welding tasks specific to welding standards as needed. Read electrical schematics and blueprints accurately; troubleshoot pneumatic systems and mechanical components with analysis skills. Support engineering troubleshooting efforts during complex repairs or upgrades; collaborate with technical sales teams when necessary. Education Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school (preferred) or one-year certificate from college or technical school; one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment; strong mechanical knowledge is essential. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, electrical blueprint interpretation, and troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic systems. Familiarity with SAP software for maintenance tracking; ability to analyze data for preventive actions. Skilled in welding techniques including welding standards; capable of performing repairs requiring precision welding skills. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with customer service orientation when working with internal teams or external clients. Ability to operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts; physically capable of performing maintenance tasks in various environments.
