Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Lead all field operations from project mobilization through closeout Supervise craft labor, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules and critical path milestones Monitor jobsite productivity, quality, safety, and overall project performance Interface with owners, engineers, inspectors, project managers, and other stakeholders Support project cost control, resource planning, and budget management efforts Maintain daily reports, timekeeping, material tracking, and other project documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
