$45 - $55 per hour Job Details - Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain highly automated manufacturing equipment and production systems. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, pump, gearbox, bearing, and power transmission issues. Repair and replace motors, chains, sprockets, belts, gear reducers, valves, pumps, seals, and other production equipment components. Support troubleshooting efforts on automated production lines and PLC-controlled equipment alongside electrical and controls teams. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation. Conduct equipment inspections and identify opportunities for reliability and continuous improvement. Perform precision alignment, installation, and setup of manufacturing equipment. Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately within the CMMS system. Partner with operations to improve equipment performance, uptime, and production efficiency. Maintain a strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and best maintenance practices. Qualifications 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a heavy industrial environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills on automated production equipment. Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, bearings, gearboxes, power transmission systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to troubleshoot and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment and automated production machinery. Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals. Basic welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus. Comfortable using CMMS systems and basic computer applications. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and maintenance teams. Willingness to work a night shift schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
