Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. Experience performing preventive maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns. Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safe maintenance practices. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. regulations, and manufacturing SOPs. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and packaging equipment. Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs efficiently to minimize production downtime. Install and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment. Support equipment setup and changeovers. Replace defective parts and complete maintenance documentation. Identify and communicate equipment issues and recommend improvements to increase reliability and efficiency. Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO requirements, while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
