This position is responsible for assembling mechanical components and equipment using hand and power tools while following work instructions and safety procedures. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and equipment. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools safely. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and report concerns. Work with team members to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools. Experience in manufacturing, assembly, automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment is preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Requirements Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work with tools throughout the day. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
