Job Description

Scioto Services, a Marsden Holding Company, is a facility services provider with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence. We clean, sanitize, and service large and small businesses across the Eastern United States.
In a nutshell:
we clean buildings… really well. Scioto Services is currently looking for highly motivated individuals who think outside of the box and are ready to make a career change. Job Skills/Requirements As an Industrial Cleaning Tech, you will learn a number of new skills and talents. Duties will include but are not limited to: Preventative maintenance Floor Care-buffing and waxing Carpet extracting Utilizing a boom lift to clean and dust high areas Wall washing Equipment maintenance Other duties and tasks related to project cleaning Team members will be trained to work on MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform), work in confined spaces, and receive certain certifications.
Shift:

Requirements:
You must be 18 years old or older. For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen is required. Must be able to lift, push, and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
