Job Overview Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery, replacing worn parts, and conducting routine inspections. Troubleshoot and repair of production equipment using the guidance of experienced technicians. Install or relocated production equipment and related facilities. Develop knowledge of equipment and maintenance procedures. Develop knowledge of common mechanical systems such as fluid control, hydraulics, pneumatics, gas, vacuum, heating, cooling, welding, and conveyance. Work under close supervision while developing foundational skills. Key Responsibilities Always follow safety procedures, including lock out-tag out and confined space. Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubricating machinery, and replacing worn components. Assist with the troubleshooting and repair of production and facilities systems. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, welding, light duty electrical and mechanical assembly. Operation of light and medium duty industrial equipment. Develop knowledge of equipment, procedures and mechanical systems. Accurate documentation of work completed and related findings. Required Skills and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience 0-10 years of experience in maintenance, including mechanic apprenticeship time Required Qualifications Ability to use and accurately read measuring devices. Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools to maintain and repair equipment. Ability to follow blueprints. Ability to read and interpret Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency (data entry). Basic understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance methods. Core Competencies Safety

Work Environment The position is based in a manufacturing facility, which may involve exposure to loud noises, varying temperatures, and dust from production processes. Associates will frequently work near or with machinery with moving parts, following strict safety protocols. The facility operates on shift schedules with potential for overtime, including weekends, based on production needs.
