Job Description

Job Description An employer is looking to hire a Lead Industrial Technician / Lead Canning Technician to join one of their largest food manufacturing clients at their Beloit, WI facility. In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and product quality related repairs on canning equipment. You will help support capital improvement projects, and give updates on preventative maintenance schedules and progress. For this role, we are seeking a highly skilled, technical individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow within their career. This is a permanent role, with an hourly rate range of 30.75-47.25/hour and available on 1st shift schedule.   • 3-5 years minimum industrial experience within canning (must be direct manufacturing environment)
  • Experience with 2000 series canning equipment (seamers)
  • Experience supporting complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and product quality related repairs on canning equipment
  • Strong Industrial maintenance background, supporting mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Associates Degree
  • Previous leadership experience
