55th St. N Oakdale, MN 55128 About Brown Tank LLC Brown Tank LLC is a growing industrial tank manufacturing company specializing in the fabrication and construction of industrial tanks. We are a small, family-oriented company that values hard work, reliability, and teamwork. As we continue to grow, we are looking for the right person to join our team and help maintain our equipment and operations. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician/Mechanic to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of shop and field equipment. This is an on-site position located in Oakdale, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, experience working with industrial equipment, and the ability to diagnose and repair issues efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on shop equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and repair fabrication equipment, seamers, rollers, and other mechanical systems. Maintain and repair field equipment, including: Air compressors Generators Electric motors Company vehicles Other construction and industrial equipment Fabricate and repair electrical cords and connections. Assist with equipment installations and modifications. Perform light welding and basic fabrication tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep maintenance records and communicate equipment needs to management. Qualifications CDL holder not required but a plus. Experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of compressors, generators, motors, and mechanical equipment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Basic electrical knowledge preferred. Light welding experience is a plus. Valid driver's license required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
