High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Line Setup:

Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and line set-ups on high-speed production machinery, aerosol/liquid filling systems, packaging lines, and conveyors in compliance with ISO and plant SOP standards.

Electrical & Automation Troubleshooting:

Diagnose, program, and repair PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), variable frequency drives (VFDs), high-voltage electrical panels, transformers, and electronic sensor controls.

Mechanical, Pneumatics & Hydraulics:

Analyze mechanical failures, rebuild pumps and valves, adjust pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and perform custom welding, machining, or fabrication to minimize machine downtime.

Accessible Safety Standards:

Maintain facility safety mechanisms, guards, and emergency cut-offs, actively eliminating hazards to ensure a safe, accessible workplace for blind and visually impaired machine operators.

Facility Upkeep & Inventory Management:

Execute general building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, basic carpentry), log daily work orders, maintain optimal spare parts inventory, and oversee third-party contractors.
