Your day at the Claremont Fiber Plant As a Claremont Fiber Electromechanical Maintenance Technician (TSA), you'll start your 12-hour night shift on our 2-2-3 rotating schedule ready to keep high-speed manufacturing assets online. You'll move from troubleshooting a motor control center to calibrating a computer control system with an HMI, then pivot to a preventive maintenance task on building equipment—always with safety first. When production calls, you diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, and electronic domains and return systems to service with precision and urgency. What you'll take ownership of Set up, install, troubleshoot, repair, and test complex mechanical/electrical equipment and process controls, including motor control centers, computer control systems, and plant electrical components. Execute preventive maintenance on production machinery, building systems, and related components. Provide timely, cost-effective technical support aligned with short
