$18 The High Horse Power Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling and testing components used in high-horsepower cooling systems and heat exchangers. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble high-horsepower cooling systems, heat exchangers, and related components according to specifications. Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measuring equipment to complete assemblies. Install hoses, fittings, brackets, fans, motors, electrical components, and other hardware as required. Perform mechanical assembly, fastening, routing, and component installation. Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit, alignment, torque, and overall workmanship. Perform pressure, leak, functional, or other required testing on completed assemblies. Identify and report defective components, assembly issues, or quality concerns. Make adjustments or rework assemblies as necessary to meet quality standards. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work closely with other production team members, quality personnel, and supervisors to meet production goals. Perform other assembly and manufacturing duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience working with mechanical components, tools, and equipment. Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. #LIND26
