Job Description
This Installation & Maintenance - Electronics position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on mechanical and electrical work and thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. You'll install equipment, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support daily operations. If you have a background in construction, production, manufacturing, or mechanical trades—and a strong interest in electronics—this role offers excellent long‑term potential. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Equipment installation — Install new machinery and electronic equipment. Preventative maintenance — Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure proper function. Troubleshooting — Identify issues and perform mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. Recordkeeping — Maintain accurate logs of maintenance, inspections, and status checks. Emergency support — Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies. General mechanical tasks — Assist with additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience 1-3+ years of experience in construction, production, manufacturing, or a related mechanical trade. Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude—ideal for candidates with backgrounds in HVAC, mechanic work, automotive technician, welding, or warehouse operations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or GED required. Preference for candidates with education or credentials in electronics, technology, or related fields. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a close‑knit team environment.
