United States Schedule 8‑hour, 10‑hour, and 12‑hour shifts (including 4×12) Day or night shift availability On‑call and weekend work as needed Overtime opportunities Job Summary As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you're the hands-on professional who keeps the machines turning. You'll troubleshoot mechanical systems, repair what's broken, and stay ahead of the next breakdown with sharp preventive maintenance, all while keeping safety front and center. What You'll Be Doing Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in manufacturing environments Perform medium to high‑level machine troubleshooting and repair Support production operations with technical expertise across electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, fabrication, and conveyor systems Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints/schematics Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment
What We're Looking For Required:
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience (applications without this will not be considered) Ability to work various shifts, overtime, and flexible schedules Knowledge of mechanical/electrical components including shafts, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, motors, drives, and 3‑phase power Proficient in repairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems Skilled in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints/schematics Fully computer literate Valid driver's license Willingness to travel 100% Nice to
Have:
Automation and controls troubleshooting with mechanical and electrical aptitude Technical/trade school certification beyond high school
