Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE
Electronics / Mechanical Assembler III Reports to: Supervisor / Manager
  • Job Summary
  • Assemble electronics according to product specifications.
Soldering under maglight sheilded cables Soldering experience with wires Follows Visual Aids to put together Mechanical and Electronic products. Using hand and power tools and other assembly equipment. Utilize quality practices and procedures to assure that the assemblies are accurately and effectively manufactured. Maintains a clean, neat and orderly area. Responsible for the quality and accuracy of own work.

  • KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Experience with soldering equipment and wires to host Experience with clean room environment Excellent knowledge of IPC-610 workmanship requirements. Understanding of ESD Protocols Absolute attention to detail Excellent Communication Skills Ability to adapt to various tasks in a fast paced environment A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required
  • EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma and or GED or equivalent work experience.
Working knowledge of IPC Experience with optics preferred (i.e. assemblies that include lenses, etc) At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
