Overview Jumpstart your career as an Entry Level Hydraulic Mechanic and become a vital part of a dynamic manufacturing environment! In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with hydraulic systems, mechanical components, and precision tools. You'll support the maintenance, assembly, and repair of hydraulic equipment, helping ensure smooth operations and safety standards are met. Duties Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and repair of hydraulic systems using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to understand system layouts Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accurate component fitting Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to transport materials and parts within the facility Conduct routine inspections of hydraulic components and mechanical assemblies for wear or damage Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts used, and system performance Skills Basic mechanical knowledge with an understanding of hydraulic principles and components Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams Experience with precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication techniques Warehouse experience including forklift operation and inventory management Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and assembly instructions accurately Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality control This position offers a fantastic entry point into the world of hydraulic systems and mechanical maintenance.
