The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment with minimal supervision. Duties Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Diagnose and repair motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, valves, and machine components. Support PLC-controlled equipment and assist with troubleshooting automation systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Perform equipment installations and modifications as required. Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders. Skills Knowledge of VFDs, sensors, photo eyes, and servo systems. Familiarity with CMMS software such as MaintainX, Fiix, Maximo, or similar (preferred but not required). Welding and fabrication experience are a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Qualifications 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong knowledge of industrial electricity and mechanical systems. Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, pneumatics, and hydrualics. Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley preferred). Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Word and Excel). Ability to work iindependently and prioritize tasks. Availability for overtime and emergency support when required.
