Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. This role is critical to ensure the continuous and safe operation of our production systems. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment that requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.
Shifts:
1st shift: Monday
  • Friday 6 am
  • 2 pm 2nd shift: Monday
  • Friday 2 pm
  • 10 pm 3rd shift: Monday
  • Friday 10 pm
  • 6 am
Responsibilities:
Setup, adjust and calibrate machinery and equipment Clean and lubricate machinery or equipment Detect problems by performing basic diagnostic tests Disassemble equipment and machinery when there is a problem Move equipment and machinery Working knowledge of PLC Monitor performance to ensure machines are running efficiently Read technical manuals to understand controls and equipment Repair or replace malfunctioning or broken components Test malfunctioning machinery to determine the need for major repairs
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (Spanish) Previous work experience as an industrial maintenance technician. In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance. Knowledge of parametric and industrial control systems. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment. Great time-management and communication skills
