As a Skilled Laborer, you'll be instrumental in supporting daily operations, assisting in assembly, disassembly, and mechanical tasks that keep projects moving smoothly. What You'll Do As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for: Dismantling boxes and components using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and wire cutters. Keeping screws, hardware, and parts organized to streamline workflow. Handling lifting tasks, regularly lifting up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs safely. Assisting with mechanical disassembly and component handling to support installation and maintenance activities. Supporting production and assembly processes as needed to meet project deadlines. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Experience using hand tools and basic power tools relevant to mechanical assembly or disassembly. Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs safely and consistently. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently in a team environment. Previous experience in vehicle mechanics, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing is a plus.
