Job Description
Join our dynamic engineering team as an Engineering Technician, where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will drive innovative solutions across manufacturing, and maintenance projects. In this role, you will support project execution by conducting data collection, troubleshooting equipment issues, and assisting with fabrication and assembly tasks. Your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with schematics, CAD software, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) will be essential in ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement. This paid position offers a vibrant environment for hands-on learning, technical growth, and meaningful contributions to complex projects. Assist in project scheduling to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks and milestones Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues affecting equipment performance or process efficiency Interpret and create schematics, CAD drawings, and technical diagrams to support fabrication and assembly efforts Operate hand tools, soldering equipment, and other fabrication tools for assembling mechanical components Support maintenance activities by troubleshooting machinery using data collection and diagnostic techniques Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated systems Gather data through inspections, testing, and measurements to inform process improvements or repairs Prior experience or training in manufacturing, or mechanical environments is highly desirable Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software for drawing interpretation and creation Hands-on experience with machining, assembly of mechanical components, or fabrication processes Strong math skills for measurements, calculations, and data analysis Ability to use hand tools effectively for maintenance or assembly tasks Basic understanding of project scheduling principles and root cause analysis methodologies
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:
