Safety Standards, Cleanroom:
no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Rapid flashing lights, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Various outside weather conditions, Warehouse, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials, Working at heights- Job Description

- Core Responsibilities
- + Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on injection molding machines and associated auxiliary equipment + Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, controls, sensors, relays, and AC/DC drives + Diagnosing mechanical failures involving hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, and drive systems + Support troubleshooting of PLC-controlled equipment (basic fault tracing and component replacement) + Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, ladder logic, and technical manuals + Maintain and repair HVAC and facility support systems as needed + Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat failures + Document maintenance activities and work orders in SAP + Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve equipment uptime and reliability + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE, reliability, and process stability + Follow OSHA and company safety standards including LOTO procedures •Required Qualifications•+ High School Diploma or GED + 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment + Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience working as a mechanic or Technician •Technical Skills & Experience•Required•+ Electrical diagnostics (120V-480V systems) + Hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting + Mechanical systems repair (bearings, belts, couplings, alignment) + Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics + Strong documentation and communication skills + 2+ years experience working on molding machines •Preferred•+ Motor controls and VFD troubleshooting + Working knowledge of AC/DC drives + Experience with industrial automation systems + CMMS/SAP experience •Physical Requirements•+ Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
