Job Description

  • Light mechanical assembly
  • Cuts and strips wire manually and using wire cutting machine
  • Crimps terminals using hand crimp and pneumatic crimping tools
  • Tests cables using test fixture
  • Assembles small mechanical assemblies and box builds
  • Works with hand tools and power tools. Uses ruler/tape measure/calipers.
  • Inspects workmanship as necessary.
  • Experience with cable, harness, wire assemblies, and box build assembly work preferred.
  • Uses label makers/tie wraps/various hand tools, etc...
  • Tin wires and solder to connectors or terminals
  • Soldering experience preferred.
