Licensed Elevator Mechanic - In-House with Profit Sharing Cleveland, OH Area Established Cleveland real estate company with multiple high-rise and commercial properties is hiring a skilled Elevator Technician for an in-house position. What You'll Do Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair elevators across our properties Handle preventive maintenance and service calls Keep equipment safe, reliable, and compliant with Ohio regulations Help build and improve our in-house elevator program Requirements Elevator Mechanic's must hold a state Elevator Mechanic's License to apply Solid hands-on elevator service experience Ability to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation Competitive base pay Profit-sharing - share in the success of the elevator operation Stable, long-term role focused on our own buildings Support for licensing and continuing education This is a rare opportunity to work in-house with real ownership in the results, not constant external job hopping.
