Looking for someone that possess:

Must possess an Unlimited Mechanical Journeyman License issued by the State of Oklahoma. Strong experience maintaining and repairing industrial boilers, chillers, makeup air units, and exhaust fans. Solid understanding of complex HVAC systems and controls, including troubleshooting and system diagnostics. Proven ability to perform routine and preventive maintenance on all HVAC and mechanical equipment. Able to work from blueprints, plans, and schematics and follow mechanical codes and safety requirements

PURPOSE OF THE CLASSIFICATION

Under general supervision performs skilled maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical systems at the journeyman level, and other related assigned duties.

ESSENTIAL TASKS

Designs and installs new mechanical systems including heating and cooling systems and a variety of complex mechanical components Repairs and maintains existing facilities Repairs pipes, valves, compressors, vents, drains and other related mechanical systems Installs new gas service and performs repairs on existing gas lines Makes estimates of material, time and labor necessary to complete jobs Monitors parts inventory and maintains truck inventory Performs preventive maintenance on all mechanical systems Supervises a crew of maintenance employees as needed In some positions operates Central plant equipment including chillers & boilers

Schedule :

Monday-Thursday 6am-430pm

Requirements :

background check, pre-employment drug screen, HS diploma/GED, Driver's license, Unlimited Mechanical journeyman license
