Temp-to-Hire Build Precision Equipment Used Around the World HireCall is seeking an experienced Fintube Mechanical Assembly Technician for a respected manufacturing client in Tulsa. If you're a hands-on mechanical professional who enjoys building complex industrial equipment, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and seeing a finished machine come to life, we'd like to hear from you. This position requires previous experience operating or supporting fintube machines. You'll play a key role in assembling heavy-duty equipment used to manufacture finned tube for heat exchangers utilized by customers worldwide. What You'll Do Assemble and install machine components including bearings, gearboxes, drive systems, shafts, guards, and related assemblies. Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics. Install and connect hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems. Verify alignment, clearances, and operation of rotating equipment using precision measuring tools. Test, troubleshoot, and verify machine performance prior to shipment. Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues during assembly and testing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Support machine installations, upgrades, or service projects when required. Operate and test fintube machines as part of the assembly and commissioning process. Qualifications Experience operating or supporting fintube machines is required. Minimum of 3 years of mechanical assembly experience with industrial equipment, production machinery, or heavy equipment. Strong ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and assembly schematics. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, and basic electrical systems. Proficient using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, dial indicators, and alignment tools. Knowledge of safe lifting practices, rigging, and handling large machine components. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
