Mechanical Assembler Pay:
$20-$28/hr based on experience
Shift :
Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Overtime:
starting at 4am daily

We're hiring Mechanical Assemblers for full-time, temp-to-hire positions in Hillsboro. You'll work with a skilled team, use a variety of tools and equipment, and build precision mechanical components and assemblies that support high-tech products. Full-time, long-term opportunity with temp-to-hire potential Hands-on work where you can continue building your technical skills Work alongside a team that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement What You'll Do As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll use your hands-on skills to build mechanical components and finished products according to detailed specifications.
Your day may include:
Reading blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials Using hand and power tools such as drills, torque wrenches, and measuring equipment Assembling mechanical parts, frames, panels, brackets, and hardware Inspecting finished assemblies to make sure they meet quality standards Working as part of a team to keep production moving safely and efficiently What You'll Need At least 1 year of recent mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment Experience using hand and power tools, including drills and torque wrenches Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation Steel-toe shoes Benefits as a temporary employee of Verstela, you'll have access to : Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term disability Term life and AD&D insurance Prescription plan Identity theft protection 401(k) retirement savings plan Ready to put your mechanical skills to work?
