Job Description

About the Role As a Systems Integration Technician, you will play a vital role in the assembly and operational readiness of complex heavy-duty machinery. By applying your expertise in fluid power and circuitry, you will ensure that every unit meets rigorous performance standards before reaching the field. Responsibilities Execute the precise installation of hydraulic infrastructure, including pumps, actuators, and high-pressure filtration systems. Configure and validate complex electrical circuits, ensuring seamless integration of 12-volt systems and power distribution. Translate technical blueprints and schematics into functional mechanical assemblies with high accuracy. Conduct comprehensive system diagnostics, including pressure and flow testing, to guarantee optimal equipment startup. Perform structural fabrication and component mounting to ensure the durability and reliability of finished units. Maintain meticulous documentation of testing results and installation processes to uphold quality assurance standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to refine assembly workflows and resolve technical challenges. Qualifications Required Skills 2-5 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic systems and electrical assembly. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting complex technical schematics and diagrams. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to utilize a wide range of diagnostic and power tools. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve multifaceted electrical and fluid power issues. Preferred Skills Completion of a technical degree, vocational program, or formal apprenticeship. Operational experience with forklifts and overhead crane systems. Possession of or willingness to obtain a CDL Class B license. Familiarity with PLC logic and industrial automation technologies.
