Hiring well-rounded Maintenance Technicians to support production equipment and plant operations in a heavy industrial environment. This role is ideal for candidates with either strong mechanical experience, electrical/controls experience, or a mix of both. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment Work with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and production systems Support PLC-controlled equipment (Allen Bradley

• troubleshooting only) Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns Install and maintain components such as VFDs, sensors, HMIs, and control devices Work off blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain and repair material handling equipment (forklifts, conveyors) Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts Follow all safety procedures, especially when working with 480V+ systems

Qualifications:

3+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanic, or controls/electrical experience Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, or both) Experience with 480V and 3-phase systems Ability to read schematics and blueprints PLC troubleshooting experience (inputs/outputs) is a plus Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, or automation equipment preferred Comfortable working in a dirty, dusty industrial environment

Work Environment:

Industrial manufacturing plant (carbon black exposure

• dusty conditions) Steel-toed boots required May work at heights (up to ~70 ft) Tobacco-free facility

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $78936.00

• $81016.00/yr. There are multiple grades for the role and candidates can progress through work hours completed and pay will increase accordingly. They have an excellent benefit package to offer!
