You will utilize your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to diagnose complex issues, perform preventative maintenance, and drive equipment reliability across our production lines. Responsibilities Execute complex repairs on mechanical assemblies including conveyors, gearboxes, and drive systems to minimize production downtime. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults by interpreting schematics and utilizing advanced testing equipment like multimeters and oscilloscopes. Maintain and optimize hydraulic systems, including valves and pumps, to ensure consistent machine output. Perform precision welding and metal fabrication to support equipment modifications and structural repairs. Configure and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and support PLC-based control systems to maintain operational efficiency. Install new machinery using precision alignment tools and heavy lifting equipment to ensure long-term stability. Document all maintenance activities and parts usage to support data-driven reliability improvements. Adhere to strict safety protocols, including LOTO procedures, while working in diverse environments throughout the plant. Qualifications Required Skills 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or electromechanics. Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting 480vAC/24vDC electrical systems and control circuits. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in bearing replacement, shaft alignment, and power transmission components. Proven ability to perform MIG and stick welding for fabrication and repair tasks. Competency in reading and interpreting complex electrical and mechanical blueprints. Physical capability to lift up to 50-80 lbs and work in varied industrial environments. Preferred Skills Formal electrical certification or specialized technical training. Direct experience maintaining Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC platforms. Prior experience with SCADA and HMI interface troubleshooting. Familiarity with industrial safety standards and preventative maintenance management systems.
