Not specified Responsibilities- Performs and utilizes multi-craft mechanical and electrical/electronic journeyman skills to preserve and/or optimize plant assets and manufacturing requirements.
- Reacts to process, equipment, and utility issues, including preventative and predictive maintenance, and eliminates special cause variation while driving safety, quality, and plant efficiency.
- Provides support and leadership to other craft and non-craft employees in maintenance tasks, cooperating with others in performing duties.
- Performs duties in specialty areas as trained and assigned, including responsibilities in lower-skilled jobs related to craft functions.
- Uses precision tools, machines, equipment, and measuring instruments for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Leads, assists, and performs training for production and craft personnel, including participation in training execution and qualification assessments.
- Operates and maintains tools, ladders, and equipment used in mechanical or electrical/electronic services work, including OSHA inspections/tests.
- Uses computer proficiency to complete records and reports such as work orders, inventory, failure analysis sheets, checklists, requisitions, OSHA records, audit sheets, etc.
- Conducts cleaning related to craft functions, including maintaining cleanliness of department common areas.
- Utilizes electrical/electronic skills for maintenance tasks, assists in maintaining substations and allied equipment.
- Manages inventory, requisitions, and procurement of parts and supplies.
- Transports minor and portable equipment, parts, supplies, and furniture as directed.
- Applies protective coatings, paints surfaces, and performs general cleaning and upkeep of equipment, floors, and building facilities.
- Participates in safety and housekeeping programs as established within the plant.

- Demonstrated ability to perform multi-craft mechanical and electrical/electronic work.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
- Computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work onsite, with physical capability for manual tasks and use of tools.
