Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams across multiple projects. Own portfolio-level P&L performance, forecasting, cash flow, and margin management. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners. Lead pursuits, proposals, presentations, and business development initiatives. Oversee project execution, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved. Support estimating, preconstruction, and strategic planning efforts. Drive growth within the industrial, manufacturing, utility, energy, and water/wastewater markets. The Successful Applicant What We're Looking For:
5+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for financial performance and project delivery. Experience managing large-scale construction projects valued at $15M-$25M+. Background in industrial, mechanical, process piping, manufacturing, energy, utility, or water/wastewater construction. Strong understanding of design-build delivery, project controls, forecasting, and construction operations. Proven ability to build client relationships and generate repeat business. Experience leading project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
