Job Description
- Mechanical Assembly
- Weekly Pay
- Start ASAP
- Location: Sioux Falls, SD
- Pay: $21
- 24/hour
- Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6 am
- 4:30 pm
- Join our assembly team where you will play a crucial role in the mechanical assembly of frameworks, booms, and hydraulic tanks. This position also involves electrical assembly tasks such as switchbox and joystick wiring, as well as hydraulic component assembly including control valves, hoses, fittings, and operator controls.
- Responsibilities:
- + Perform mechanical assembly of tractor frameworks, booms, and hydraulic tanks. + Conduct electrical assembly including switchbox and joystick wiring. + Assemble hydraulic components such as control valves, hoses, fittings, and operator controls. + Report obstacles to the day assembly lead. + Maintain attention to detail and goal-oriented focus. + Adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Essential Skills:
- + Proficiency in hydraulics, electrical systems, and heavy equipment mechanics. + Experience with tractors, trailers, and construction equipment. + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Skill in using power tools and hand tools. + Mechanical aptitude and hand dexterity. + Understanding of electrical wiring and blueprint reading.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- + At least 1 year of assembly experience, repair work, or service tech work. + Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills. + Experience working with tools and hands-on tasks. + Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.

- Work Environment:
- Work in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment alongside a dedicated team of tractor assemblers in one corner of the building. Collaborate both independently and in small groups, with tractors delivered for assembly. The work schedule is from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $21.00
- $24.
00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
