Job Description
Del Conca USA is seeking a highly motivated, skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Loudon, TN. In this role, you will perform highly diversified maintenance duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production and facility machinery. Using safety-focused, predictive, and productive maintenance systems, you will ensure our state-of-the-art facility maintains peak operational efficiency. One position is for our C-Shift ( Wed = Noon
- 6pm then Thurs, Fri, Sat = 6am
- 6pm) One position is for our B-Shift (Sunday
- Tuesday=6pm
- 6am and Wed=6pm
Midnight Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical control systems and 3-phase motors.Mechanical Troubleshooting:
Maintain and repair mechanical systems, including advanced pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated production equipment. Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform routine, scheduled PMs on machinery, facility systems, and shop equipment to minimize unplanned downtime.Emergency Support:
Conduct fast, efficient, unscheduled emergency repairs during active production runs.Machinist Duties:
Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and simple machine shop tools as required.Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and company safety protocols, maintaining clean, organized, and hazard-free work zones.Qualifications & Requirements Education:
High school diploma or GED required. (An Associate degree (AA) in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is highly preferred).Experience:
Prior industrial maintenance or mechanical experience in a manufacturing or commercial production environment is required.Aptitude:
Proven experience with heavy hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery repair.Self-Motivation:
Highly motivated and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.Availability:
Willing and able to work on-call to support our 24/7 manufacturing operations.Physical Demands & Work Environment Physical Strength:
Must be able to consistently lift and move objects up to 75 pounds .Mobility:
Frequently required to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and access tight spaces inside or around equipment.Environmental Conditions:
Exposure to industrial plant environments, including heat, varying weather, dust, and moderate to loud noise levels.
