Job Description

Join our team as an Electro-Mechanical Technician responsible for the assembly, testing, and quality assurance of precision equipment in our manufacturing facility. You'll work in a dynamic environment where safety and quality are paramount, ensuring customer orders meet all requirements, delivery dates, and specifications while adhering to Weatherford's high standards of excellence. Roles and Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly according to engineered drawings and established procedures Read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics Assemble equipment per engineering specifications and inspect completed components for accuracy and functionality Perform precision soldering of electronic components Maintain an orderly work area and properly care for company-supplied tooling Contribute to the development of new procedures and improvement of existing ones Uphold Weatherford's commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protection Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Demonstrate leadership and ethical behavior in alignment with company standards Skills / Education 1-2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience Mechanical aptitude Ability to read blueprints Understanding of electrical schematics Precision soldering capabilities Basic computer skills Good verbal communication, attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset May require up to 10% domestic and potentially international travel #LI-KP1
