Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Elevator Modernization Mechanic / Lead Technician to lead small crews on modernization and major repair projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong field leadership, troubleshooting ability, and modernization experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead small modernization and installation crews Perform controller upgrades, wiring, troubleshooting, and equipment installation Work on hydraulic and traction elevator systems Read schematics and coordinate field work efficiently Maintain safe, professional, and organized job sites Elevator Mechanic (5 yrs exp req) Qualifications Minimum 5 years of elevator modernization or construction experience Experience with EC Vantage, SmartRise, Alpha, and MCE Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and lead a team Valid driver's license Willingness to travel for government modernization projects Benefits & Growth Company vehicle after 60 days Full medical, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited vacation policy After 6 months, We will enroll qualified technicians into the CET program Work alongside CET-certified technicians who help support training and education Growth opportunities within a fast-growing elevator company
