Job Description

Our success is driven by our passionate and skilled team members who contribute their expertise to every aspect of our operations and we are currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanical Foreman to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical tradespeople on-site. Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations. Manage and schedule tasks to ensure timely completion of projects. Inspect work for quality and adherence to safety standards. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Monitor and manage project budgets and materials. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or associate's degree preferred. Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman or similar role. Proven experience as a Boilermaker, Pipefitter, or Millwright. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and regulations. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
