Electric Motor Mechanic

Position:

Motor Mechanics - 3+ years of experience

Pay:

$25-$30/hr depending on experience Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on industrial electric motors and rotating equipment Disassemble, inspect, clean, repair, and reassemble motors, pumps, gearboxes, and generators Perform bearing replacements, rewinds, shaft repairs, balancing, and alignment Conduct electrical testing including megger, surge, resistance, and continuity testing Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Operate shop equipment including presses, lathes, hoists, and testing equipment safely Maintain accurate repair records and inspection documentation Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures Assist with field service repairs and installations as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area
