Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments.
Read electrical blueprints and schematics to accurately diagnose problems within electrical systems and implement effective solutions.
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and inventory management.
Conduct equipment troubleshooting using engineering troubleshooting techniques and repair machinery with welding (stick welding), electrical repairs, or component replacement as needed.
Operate scissor lifts or other aerial platforms safely for elevated maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), control circuits, and automation systems to enhance operational efficiency.
