Your challenge Run and oversee production machinery with care and focus (extrusion background is a plus). Apply practical mechanical know-how and hand tools to minimize downtime. Adhere to safety and quality standards; communicate issues early. Move and handle materials as the work demands (lift up to 70 lbs). Partner with your team to meet targets on an overnight schedule. Who thrives here High school graduates (or equivalent) who show up on time and prioritize safety. People with experience in manufacturing, production, extrusion, mechanics, farm work, or other physically demanding roles. Reliable teammates who learn quickly and enjoy hands-on work—no office duties. Individuals comfortable working overnight shifts.
