$16.00
  • $18.00 per hour (Depending on experience) Monday
  • Friday | 7:45 AM

High school diploma or GED preferred Previous electro-mechanical assembly or PCB manufacturing experience preferred Minimum 6 months of mechanical assembly experience preferred Ability to read technical drawings and schematics Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good attendance and teamwork skills Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident Physical Requirements Frequent use of hands and assembly tools Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to stand and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift Key Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical components, wiring, circuit boards, and mechanical housings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Perform soldering, cable wiring, coil winding, chassis assembly, and mechanical assembly tasks Inspect assemblies for solder quality, resistance levels, and overall functionality Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively Perform basic preventive maintenance and document work accurately Notify leads of equipment malfunctions or production concerns Maintain a clean and organized work area Cross-train in additional departments as needed Why This Role?
