Job Description

Join a growing industrial repair team rebuilding hydraulic cylinders and mechanical components. This is a hands-on role focused on quality assembly, precision, and delivering reliable equipment ready for service.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Disassemble and rebuild hydraulic cylinders, rods, pistons, glands, and seals + Install seal kits with proper fit, lubrication, and orientation + Inspect parts prior to assembly and identify issues before build + Use proper torque methods, fasteners, and assembly procedures + Perform fit, alignment, and movement checks + Support pressure testing, leak checks, and final inspections + Pull parts and verify materials against work orders or BOMs + Clean and prep components before assembly + Install valves, plugs, and required tracking/identification markings + Safely operate tools such as torque wrenches, presses, and lifting equipment + Maintain a clean and organized workspace •Qualifications•+ High school diploma or equivalent + 2+ years of hydraulic cylinder repair, heavy equipment repair, or related experience + 5+ years of mechanical assembly/disassembly experience preferred + Ability to read blueprints, parts breakdowns, and work instructions + Experience using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills + Comfortable working with large components and heavy parts + Basic math skills including fractions and decimals + Pressure testing experience is a plus + Forklift experience is a plus •Why Apply•+ Stable full-time opportunity + Hands-on mechanical work + Growth potential + Team-oriented environment + Competitive pay and benefits •
