Job Description

About us Come join our team at BUILT where we manufacture the delicious and nutritious BUILT Puff! We're a dynamic company dedicated to providing an exceptional product to our customers and consumers while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and opportunity. Currently, we are looking for a Production Mechanic to join us in maintaining our facilities and machinery to the highest standards.
Position Overview:
As a Production Mechanic, you will play a key role in ensuring that our manufacturing machinery is well maintained, safe, and fully operational. From performing preventative maintenance to responding to repair requests, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and contribute to the success of our organization.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment with precision
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues in order to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Perform repairs and replacements of mechanical and electrical components as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to coordinate maintenance projects and ensure timely completion
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
  • Seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as a part of a team
  • A positive, "ALL IN", mentality and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
