Assembly Department Manager About Luxview Founded in 2020, Luxview is a leading provider of high-end, modern, and minimalistic window and door systems. We partner with architects, builders, and general contractors to deliver a seamless experience from initial inquiry through installation, offering tailored solutions and expert support throughout the fenestration process. Position Overview The Assembly Associate is responsible for the precise and efficient assembly of window and door units, including the installation of frames, glass, and hardware. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and comfort working with hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities- Assemble windows and doors according to detailed instructions and blueprints
- Operate hand and power tools to cut, measure, and join materials
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet LuxView standards
- Package and prepare assembled units for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and protocols Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Ability to read a tape measure and follow written/oral instructions Manufacturing or construction experience preferred Familiarity with general hand and power tools
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hourSchedule:
Day shift with occasional overtime or weekendsWork Location:
